Return instructions

  1. The product will be checked in detail before shipment, if there is any defect or the wrong product is sent, we will give a return/exchange.
  2. If there is a defective product, please email or contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the product to complete it. Be sure to ask the buyer to check after receiving the product!
  3. (Contact customer service → upload pictures (message) → review → reply) or mail to us.
  4. After the defect is confirmed by the customer service, we will reply to you about the follow-up refund procedure.
  5. Before sending any returned goods back, please contact the customer service staff for confirmation before sending them out, otherwise they will not be accepted.
  6. The returned product must be in the complete packaging when it was received, and the product must have no signs of wearing, and the product must be kept in its original state.
  7. Please contact the customer service staff within 14 days, overdue will not be accepted after 14 days.
  8. Returns/exchanges are rejected for freight collect.

The following situations do not belong to the scope of return/exchange

 

  1. I feel that the product is too transparent, too thick, too thin, too big, too small, different from the picture or different from the imagination, etc. for return and exchange reasons.
  2. Flaws that do not affect the overall wear, such as unnoticeable seams in linings and corners, uneven sewing, small spots and stains on light-colored clothes.
  3. There are slight differences between the real object and the picture, such as buttons, corners, and hang tags.
  4. There is a gap between the actual quality and the picture, such as the use of fabrics and the fineness of workmanship.
  5. Return: If you want to return a product that does not belong to the scope of return or exchange, you need to send it back to our address in "Guangzhou" by yourself, and you must bear the postage by yourself.
  6. Exchange: If it is not within the scope of return and exchange, you need to send it back to our address in "Guangzhou" by yourself, and you must bear the postage for the return.
