- 跨境不支持任何货到付款，一律付款后发货
- 全站支持马币/新币付款
- 信用卡付款(VISA、JCB、Mastercard)
- 马来西亚/新加玻ATM转帐 (可选择您的银行省手续费)
- 有关税费为：入口税+操作费用，中国境内（免税）
五、商品出货说明（一次性收费仅限合作厂商系列产品）
一件代发商品一律从广州发货至马来西亚/新加玻
马来西亚/新加玻快递直送一律 RM28.5/S$9.5 (付款后出货)不限重量/不限件数(1件.2件...100件，一次发货都是RM28.5/S$9.5 )
正常情况下，当天发货：
不含假日、国定假日、天灾、清关等因素，正常情况7-14天收件马来西亚偏远地区收件时间会稍微延长，
商品临时缺货(断货)会另行通知
六、退换货说明
商品出货前都会详细检查过，如有瑕疵或寄错货我们会给予退/换货。如有瑕疵品请于收到商品14日内mail或联繫客服完成，务必请买家收到商品后检查喔！
(联系客服→上传图片(留言)→审核→回覆)或mail给我们。
瑕疵经客服确认后，会回覆您后续退款程序。
任何退换货商品寄回前，请先与客服人员联繫确认后再寄出，否则无法受理。
退货商品须为收到货时的完整包装、商品无配戴痕迹，保持商品原样。
请于14日内与客服人员联系，14日后逾期不受理。
退/换货拒收运费到付件。
